If you see a “link expired” message, please try the following:
Go to your Profile page and click Manage My Subscriptions
If the subscription is active, you should see it listed there
Please double-check that the email you’re logged in with is the same email you used to payIf it’s different, log out and log back in using the email address you paid with
If none of the above works, please reply to this message with a screenshot of the ‘link expired’ screen and we’ll send you a new link.
(Subscriptions can sometimes appear missing simply because a different email is logged in.)
