I found the subscription activation email, but the link says “Link expired”

This article describes how to solve an issue around subscription activation. When users receive an activation link for their premium subscription and click it, they see 'link expired' this gives a solution.

If you see a “link expired” message, please try the following:

  • Go to your Profile page and click Manage My Subscriptions

  • If the subscription is active, you should see it listed there
    Please double-check that the email you’re logged in with is the same email you used to pay

  • If it’s different, log out and log back in using the email address you paid with

If none of the above works, please reply to this message with a screenshot of the ‘link expired’ screen and we’ll send you a new link.

(Subscriptions can sometimes appear missing simply because a different email is logged in.)
