To request a move, lease return / shipping or OOG delivery fee be removed from a proposal you MUST follow these steps.
Submit a request via email to Frank Ferreira outlining why you want fees removed
Once you have his written approval, upload that email chain to the Additional Documents section of your proposal.
Then, and only then, submit a Charge Override request via the requests tab. Include in the description that you have approval from Frank, that it's uploaded to the docs section and which fees you want removed.
If you don't follow these steps, your request will be rejected
