If you have a pickup address that is not pulling over to your pickup documents, please try the below steps.
On the pick up tab, click “Select Destination” to get a pop up box that will allow you to create a new location (or search if the location is a current location in EA).
Once created, click “Save” and then go back into Select Location, highlight the correct address from the list and click "Select".
If the customer name doesn’t show up in the pick up tab, try the above steps again. If it does show up then they should be able to generate documents correctly.
