DELIVERY COORDINATOR

  1. Identify the Job Number we want to schedule using E-Automate Pipeline

    1. (HCL Stages will stage the sales order from PREO and changes the rep in E-Automate to the DC.)

    2. DC uses the Saved Search to identify new sales orders

  2. Use PREO to lookup the Job Number and find the contact information (Recommended to use a different browser tab for looking up proposals and maintaining the Scheduling tab for performance reasons)

    1. Search for Job Number and double click the deal

    2. Open The Processing Page and use the Remarks data for contact information (Additional information may be available on the "Proposal" page under Contacts, Networking, or Document Upload)

  3. Call the customer and confirm a delivery date, gather networking information, pickups, and confirm special delivery information.

    1. Populate this data in the E-Automate Sales Order Remarks field

    2. Use messages in EA to keep track of status of scheduling (date - "called customer", etc)

    3. The goal is to get a confirmed date from the customer to use to schedule a PREO Stop

  4. Use PREO Sales Order Scheduling Page to add Sales Orders to PREO Stop

    1. Filter by Job Number

    2. Select All

    3. Add to Stop

  5. Configure Delivery Types during Stop Scheduling

  6. Add New Stop (Or select existing)

    1. Set Zone and Requested Delivery date

  7. Update EA Sales Order

    1. Description

      1. Remove "NEW"

      2. Add "SCHEDULED - [DATE]"

    2. Request Date

      1. Update to the Scheduled Delivery Date

      2. Check the Req Date box

  8. The Delivery Coordinator has now completed their scheduling
