DELIVERY COORDINATOR
Identify the Job Number we want to schedule using E-Automate Pipeline
Use PREO to lookup the Job Number and find the contact information (Recommended to use a different browser tab for looking up proposals and maintaining the Scheduling tab for performance reasons)
Call the customer and confirm a delivery date, gather networking information, pickups, and confirm special delivery information.
Populate this data in the E-Automate Sales Order Remarks field
Use messages in EA to keep track of status of scheduling (date - "called customer", etc)
The goal is to get a confirmed date from the customer to use to schedule a PREO Stop
Use PREO Sales Order Scheduling Page to add Sales Orders to PREO Stop
Configure Delivery Types during Stop Scheduling
Add New Stop (Or select existing)
Update EA Sales Order
Description
Remove "NEW"
Add "SCHEDULED - [DATE]"
Request Date
Update to the Scheduled Delivery Date
Check the Req Date box
The Delivery Coordinator has now completed their scheduling
