Flat Rate SRO - When/How to Use

The Flat Rate SRO is our lead offer for customers with 10 units or less. Our base service offering includes remote solve, device connection, and an appropriate service zone plan for the device's install address.

  1. Research the customer Average Monthly Page Volume (Mono and Color) for each device, for the past 12 months.

• If your client is a current customer, use this lookup tool to find data: XBS - Billing Data by Serial Number - Power BI (Request access if needed. It will be provided.

2. Create a New Proposal and Select “Flat Rate SRO” from the Service Offer Type

on the proposal creation screen.

• Once Flat Rate SRO is selected, all Equipment in the proposal will be on the program. You cannot

have a proposal with some devices on the Flat Rate SRO and some on the Legacy XBS plan.

3. Select and add the equipment to be included in the deal on the Equipment page.

4. Click on Flat Rate Setup on the Equipment page on Contracts page.

5. Click on the pencil to assign Mono Page Volume Tier and Color Page Volume Tier (when applicable) for each device.

6. Enter the actual 12 month usage and have the tool tell you the recommended

band, or assign the band by choosing the closest value above your customer’s average mono printing the past year for this device after the table pops up.

7. Click on pencil to select the Color Page Volume Tier. (If Applicable)

8. Choose the closest value above your customer’s average color printing the

past year for this device after the table pops up.

9.When finished, you will have page volume tiers assigned for every device.

10. You can add an existing device as well, fill out the form completely so an

accurate flat rate band can be assigned
