PREO Training: Video Modules

Purpose

This training series walks new team members through the core workflows used to build and manage a deal in PREO. Each module is a short video focused on one topic, with links and quick reference notes.

How to Use This Training

  1. Start with Module 1 and follow the modules in order.

  2. Watch each video end-to-end once.

  3. Rewatch while following along in PREO (recommended).

Module 2: Creating a Proposal

How to create a proposal from scratch: selecting Branch and Order Type (Contract, SRO, Legacy), choosing Contract Type (NN vs CC), determining Lease vs Cash, searching customers and equipment, using the Parent Company button, and creating a new customer including locating the CRM number.

Deep dive into the main proposal page: naming conventions, Save/Save As, versioning, document generation, Quick OSS, tools for import/export, manual pricing, order type changes, milestones, and full navigation overview.

Module 4: Requirements Page & Equipment Setup

Full walkthrough of the Requirements page: building devices, accessories, editing equipment, breakout, new placement, location selection/creation, checklists, and equipment page views.

Module 16: Win Helper Tool

This training explains how to use the Win Helper tool to proactively identify and fix missing or incorrect proposal details—such as approvals and equipment information—so proposals are fully complete and ready for timely submission and customer signing.

Module 17: Document Generation

This training explained the steps and options for generating customer documents in PREO, emphasizing the importance of proposal completeness, using Win Helper, selecting appropriate agreements, and leveraging the OSS team for document accuracy and support.
