āœ… How to Process the New CSS (Customer Support Specialist) Checklist in Preo

šŸ“Œ Overview

The CSS team is responsible for handling deals that are either:

  • Net new, or

  • Include a lease pickup (visible in the Pickups section of Preo).

Note: Deals become available to the CSS team once they reach the "Confirmed Deliveries" milestone or later.

🧭 Navigating the CSS Interface

CSS users have access to three main pages, visible in the left-hand navigation menu:

  • Home Page: View deals assigned to you, unassigned deals, and completed checklists.

  • Management Page: View all assigned orders and pending assignments.

  • Working On Page: Track real-time progress of checklist steps for assigned deals.

šŸ“Œ Note: Regardless of which page you're on, you can open or assign deals by clicking on the desired deal and using the top row of action buttons (e.g., Open, Assign Ownership, Take Ownership).

šŸ“ Accessing the CSS Checklist

There are three ways to open the checklist:

  1. From the CSS Home Page:

    • Click on a deal → Select ā€œOpenā€

  2. From the Proposal View:

    • Use the ā€œClient Successā€ tab in the left-hand toolbar

  3. From the Deal Header:

    • Click the ā€œCSS: [User Name]ā€ button at the top

āœ… Using the CSS Checklist

  • The checklist contains 20 steps, each with its own set of questions.

  • Steps are listed in a suggested order, but you can complete them non-sequentially.

  • Each question includes:

    • A checkbox

    • A comment box for notes

šŸ’¬ CSS Summary Box

  • Located at the top of the checklist

  • Use it for general notes about the deal

  • Helps avoid digging through individual question comments

🟩 Completion Indicators

  • As you complete questions, steps turn green

  • Once all steps are green, mark the checklist as ā€œChecklist Completeā€

  • The deal will move to your ā€œMy Completed Checklistsā€ section on the Home Page
