New Placement Equipment* (Upsell) (1G): | Defined as incremental/additional installs within a current XBS Account that results from a) the displacement of competitive equipment, b) placement at a new customer location, or c) new device at existing location and captures additional aftermarket. Commission will apply to NNP device(s) only, not the entirety of the transaction. Does not apply to the displacement or movement of current XBS MIF. Net New Placement deals qualify as current customer for leasing rates, rep pricing, and revenue recognition *Applies to Xerox devices only Does not apply to on-premises (non-cloud) software. |
Net New Logo (1G) | Defined as a first time XBS customer within our XBS servicing territory for up to 12 months from the initial sale or a returning customer in XBS servicing territory after 24 months of inactivity with XBS. Any deal including a trade up will be considered current customer for recognition and commission calculations. The ultimate determination if a deal qualifies for NNL is at the sole discretion of XBS leadership. |
