Option 1: Submitting After Receiving Signed Documents

  1. Wait for completed and signed documents from the customer.

  2. Proceed to submission steps once documents are received.

Option 2: Requesting OSS Team to Create Documents

  1. Scroll down to the Order Processing Notes section.

  2. Add a note for the OSS Team stating your expectations. Example:

    • “Please create docs and return them to me. I will get them signed.”

  3. OSS will either:

    • Send documents to you (the Rep), or

    • Send documents directly to the customer.


Preparing to Submit the Deal

1. Review All Tabs

  • Use the left-hand taskbar to go through each applicable tab.

  • Ensure all fields are fully completed and accurate.

  • Double-check everything to avoid post-submission corrections.

2. Run the Win Helper

  • This tool helps validate your deal setup.

  • If errors appear:

    • The Win Helper will identify the issue and guide you to the correct page.

    • Example: If it says “Set contract type,” click the button to open the Contracts page and fix it.

  • Rerun the Win Helper after making corrections.


🚀 Submitting the Deal for Review

1. Click “Submit for Review”

  • Prio will prompt you with validating questions.

2. Validate Customer Payment

  • Confirm that the payment details are correct.

3. Answer Deal Questions

  • Respond to a series of questions about the deal.

  • Complete them to the best of your ability.

4. Pricing Guidance

  • You’ll be asked:

    • “Was the pricing guidance built into Prio used?”

  • If not, explain how you arrived at the pricing.

  • Fill in any additional notes as needed.

5. Final Submission

  • Click Submit.

  • The deal enters the Pending Validation Pipeline.

  • The OSS Team will pick it up and move it forward.
