Summary
The November 23, 2025 release of PREO introduces the following major updates:
Inclusion of Onetime Software & Pro-Services in the Pricing Widget
Dynamic Request Configuration settings at the Core level
Change of Commission Trigger from Invoiced Date to Contracts Milestone Start Date (effective January 1, 2025)
New Features
Commission Settings Switch
Admins can set the Commission Trigger to Contracts Milestone Start Date instead of invoiced date.
Adds a new
ContractMilestoneStartattribute to Proposals.Migration action sets this date for all existing Proposals in the Contracts milestone stage.
Pricing Enhancements
Pricing Widget now includes Onetime Software & Pro-Services in displayed values and calculations.
Prevent editing of Onetime Pro-Services costs and price; Recurring Pro-Service Transfer Cost auto-calculated using Global Settings factor (default: 0.5).
Solutions reps can enter a Recommended Software Price for Onetime Software items.
Tracks Solutions Recommended Discount and updates Software page with Rec. Price and Markup.
Adds Onetime Software & Pro-Services to RAS Item Breakdown and expense distribution.
Updates Target Markup widget to include software for ML model revenue targets.
Request Configuration Overhaul
Deprecated Core request settings moved to a separate section.
New Request Configuration object with migration for existing Cores.
Bulk update capability for Request Configurations.
Dynamic visibility of Requests in the New Request Menu.
Automatic assignment of requests based on Core configuration.
Approval authority validation against Core settings.
Global Settings Updates
Adds attributes for Solutions Rec. Approval Threshold and Recurring Pro-Service Transfer Cost factor.
New WIN Helper Rule
Blocks WIN if Recommended Software Discount exceeds Global Settings threshold.
New Request Type
Required when Software Price falls below global threshold compared to recommended price.
Bug Fixes
Corp_MLUsers can use topbar proposal search.
Prevents CSS assignment from carrying over when duplicating Proposals.
Clears milestone data when Proposal is set to Draft.
Fixes import issue for 3rd Party items.
Allows Production users to approve Production requests.
Resolves split percentage WIN Helper trigger bug.
Corrects commission uplifts for split commission deals.
Enables MPS Reps to approve MPS requests.
Removes Remote Tech Fees from Flat Rate SRO Contracts.
