Once Equalis is confirmed on the SSA, determine whether the customer is already a member.

Step 1: Verify Membership
Go to KaizenIQ and search for the customer information. You will need to know the customers name, state and agency type.
If the customer is not on the website please email both Cory Free and Omar Itani at cfree@equalisgroup.org and oitani@equalisgroup.org. You can include them on the same email and just ask them to confirm that the customer is not a member. Please include the customers name and Credit Approval address from the requirements tab on the email to help them locate.
Step 2: If the Customer Is Not an Equalis Member
If the customer does not appear as a member the customer will need to sign up by going to the Member Registration webpage. Once they sign up we can either reverify membership by using the online lookup tool or by sales uploading the customers confirmation email that they were registered.
Step 3: If the Customer Is Already an Equalis Member
✅ Verify that sales has uploaded the appropriate customer signed addendums per the below structure. Blank copies of these addendums can be found in the Preo Document Library.
