Step 1: Verify Customer OETC Membership Status

Once OETC is confirmed on the SSA, determine whether the customer is already a PACE member.

How to Check Membership

  1. Search for the customer name


Step 2: If the Customer Is Already a OETC Member

✅ No additional membership agreement is required

Proceed with order processing as normal under the OTEC cooperative agreement.


Step 3: If the Customer Is Not a OETC Member

If the customer does not appear on the membership list, they must complete an online application here.


Step 4: Upload confirmation email

Once the customer receives the confirmation membership email that they have been accepted it needs to be uploaded into the Document Center of the deal and then we can proceed with the order as usual.
