NEW FEATURES

Moves

Once enabled by your Regional Administrator, you can now set Pickups to be marked as "Moves". This enables a destination address field and some other inputs to configure a Move for your customer. Adding a Move will also require you to request a "Move Fee" that will be set by someone in Operations.

Additional Expense Options

Your Regional Administrator can now configure "Other" additional expenses for you to select from. These fees will be pre-populated with a default amount and linked to the E-Automate item code.

Other Updates...

Document Generation Updates

Branding

We have updated the colors of the document from a blue to a gray to be inline with XBS Branding recommendations.

Lease Return Instructions

We have received much feedback across all Regions to have dynamic terms based on Lease Return/Pickup options set in PREO. This language is now live on the Release Form.

MPS Page

Disable MPS CPC Agreement

You can now disable the MPS CPC Agreement on the Proposal. This will set the value of MPS CPC to $0, ignore discount levels, and remove the Document Generation.

Set to Book Rate Button

You can now click a button to update your MPS Base and Overage Rates to match the calculated Book Rate

Gross Profit on Custom MPS Charges

You can now add Rep Cost to Misc charges to add Gross Profit

Service Page

Additional Volume/Existing Device Volume

We now have a way to enter volume and book rates when the blended rate calculator doesn't meet your needs. This works well for Existing Device Only (Service Only) contracts or if a Pricebook item is missing the Book Rate. This should remove the need to "disable blended rate calculator" moving forward.

Pickups Page

Keep and Return

The buyout options have been changed from UTR, UTK, BTR, and BTK to simply "Return" and "Keep". The Upgrade or Buyout distinction is made based on the Existing Leasing company and the new leasing company.

New Device Link

We have added the option to link new devices from the Pickups overview page so you can now complete all pickup requirements from the overview page.
