Manage multiple proposal line items
On the Equipment page of the proposal, you can now select more than one proposal line item and set the shipping location or delete the item.
Set Custom Lease Rate
Sales Reps can now set custom lease rates on Proposal. Setting a custom rate still requires a custom lease rate approval to be completed before submitting the deal to verify the rate is correct.
Deferral Lease Rates
Sales Reps can now select a lease deferral option of 60 or 90 days with an automatic lease rate update.
MPS Add - Flat Rates
When "Adding" to an existing MPS Contract, you can now add Flat Rate devices.
MPS Renewal Commission Handling
When "Renewing" MPS, Sales Reps will enter the "existing" contract amount. This allows PREO to calculate MPS renewal commission on the existing amount and MPS new commission on the additional amount.
ORDER PROCESSING Features
W-Code Summary on RAS
The RAS page will now summarize the total of W-Codes in addition to showing the detailed breakdown on each line item.
Lease Payoff Lock
Lease Payoff values are now "locked" when a buyout request is completed. Adjusting the lease payoff value requires the user to provide a reason for the change and will track the changes in the Proposal audit log.
"Flag" Proposals
Order Processing users can now "Flag" proposals on the order management dashboards. This will highlight the row in red and can be filtered across all management dashboards. Consider using this to highlight deals that need extra attention. The Flag will be removed automatically when the Proposal advances to the next stage.
REGIONAL Features
Proposal Approvals
Approvals now have a new module within the Proposal and can be configured by Global and Regional admins. This creates more visibility within the proposal for Sales to view the current approval status. This feature needs to be configured before it can be used.
