We are excited to announce that starting Friday, April 21st, @ 7AM EST, your PREO Login will be using your Xerox S3 Microsoft Login. When logging in to PREO you will be redirected to a Microsoft login page. You should login with your Xerox email address and S3 password. Your existing PREO password will no longer be used.

MPS on a proposal can now have CPC, Flat Rate, Refresh, AND Misc Charges. This feature was built to handle special pricing scenarios such as Zebra Labels. The Misc charges will appear directly below the flat rate section.

Proposals can now be assigned two ways: The default assignment button and the Deal Admin ownership. This means that two resources can now be assigned to a proposal. The Deal Admin ownership actions are only available to Deal Admin users and will only appear on limited pages at this time (such as Deal Admin Review).

A new page has been added to the Order Processing Dashboard to view all proposals in a single grid. This page allows users to search, filter, and export from a single grid rather than using each sub-page.

MPS CPC and Flat Rate book rate pricing can now be configured by Core with bands of pricing. For example, if CPC volume is between 0-10k, the CPC book rate is 0.019, and 10k-50k is 0.015. This can be configured on the Core Setup screen. These rates are required to be configured so MPS discounts can be calculated for commission plan rules.

Today, any user with access to a statement can approve the statement. Now, Sales Reps can approve and then any other elevated user (admin, manager, vp, etc) can approve in addition to the Sales Rep. This is for a better audit process on commission.

A3 devices can now be added to a Flat Rate (Unlimited) service program. This feature must be enabled on the Core and the item before it is available to be used on Proposals. By default, this feature will be disabled for the Core.
