Use the following process to leverage the "Request Buyout Information" option in PREO:
Go to Requests > New Request > Request Buyout Information to enter your request.
To fulfill this request, your Order Processing team (HCL) will provide you with documentation on all buyout options available.
Once you know which options the customer would like to select as Keeps / Returns, you can then go to Requests > New Requests > Request Buyout Quotes.
Next go to Document Upload tab and upload a spreadsheet containing your buyout details to the "Additional Documents" section.
Finally, your Order Processing team (HCL) will fulfill the request and enter the information into the Lease Payoffs on your PREO proposal.
