How to Request Lease Payoffs
Navigate to the Lease Payoffs page using the lefthand toolbar.
You will start by clicking "+ Add Lease Payoff"
A slide out will appear and you will need to complete all information highlighted in red including the Lese Return Company and Lease Payoff Type and lease number. If you are unsure of Payoff Amount you can leave that at $0 for the time being. Once all items are completed you will then click "Save and Calculate"
Once completed you will notice that the information is put into the lease payoff tab but the items are in red. They will stay in red until a buyout quote is uploaded. You can either upload the quote if you already have it or you can request the buyout quote by clicking "Request Buyout Quotes"
When you request the buyout quote you will get another slide out bar that allows you to type a message. Here you will tell the team what quote type you need. (Upgrade to Return, Upgrade to Keep, Buyout to Return, Buyout to Keep)
