Sometimes your customer provides you a signed Purchase Order and you may find yourself wondering if you need them to also sign a Sales Order agreement. This is a common question and the answer is below.
Is your customer a Net New Logo?
If your customer is brand new to Xerox, they are considered Net New Logo. These customers do not have a history built with us yet and therefore we require a signed Sales Order. Please upload the PO and the Signed Order Package.
Is your customer existing?
If your customer has done business with Xerox before and is considered an existing customer, we may be able to accept a signed PO in lieu of a signed Sales Order. The final decision is subject to the history and current standing of the customer. Please upload the Signed PO as the Signed Order Package in PREO to meet the WIN Helper requirement.
