Buyout quotes typically provide an "Upgrade" figure and a "Buyout" figure. When leasing the deal with the same company, we are required to pay the "Upgrade" amount. When moving to a new leasing company, we are required to pay the "Buyout" amount.

As we move leasing from Non-XFS companies to XFS, we are always required to pay the "Buyout" figure. The Sales Rep however, is only responsible for assume the "Upgrade" figure in their deal expenses. The difference between these values is called "WBUYXFS". This amount is tracked differently than equipment revenue, but is treated the same as equipment revenue for commission purposes.

When this occurs, PREO shows the value of the WBUYXFS under the Equipment Revenue. This is only for your reference and can be ignored.

If you take a closer look at the equipment pricing, you will notice that the price of the equipment is the total revenue - WBUYXFS
