By default, PREO uses "Auto-Pricing". This takes the total value of the proposal and distributes the revenue across your equipment based on the weighted cost of the item (Production units get more price than printers)
Sometimes your customer needs to see the pricing per device with exact numbers either because you are matching a competitive quote, they have contract pricing, etc.
Set your proposal to Manual Pricing using the Proposal Tools menu:
Click the button to switch to Manual Pricing:
Navigate to the Equipment Page, and set your view to "Pricing":
Change the line item price by clicking in the "Price (Manual)" column for each row:
Your Proposal price should update as you modify the price and quantity of each row.
