Creating an MPS Proposal in PREO is just like creating any other proposal.

Typically you should start the proposal by setting your payment type to Cash.

Add MPS on the MPS Page

Complete the MPS Agreement details

Add your CPC and Flat Rate as needed

Generate an MPS Agreement

You can add new Items to your MPS Agreement by adding printers to your proposal and enabling MPS on them.

Switch your Equipment Page view to Service

Enable MPS

On your MPS Page, this item is now available to be part of "Refresh", "MPS Service" (Standard CPC), or "Flat Rate". By default, items are added to the CPC portion. Review this page to verify you are setting your item up on the contract correctly.

If you need to add existing items to the MPS Agreement, we recommend using the MPS Agreement Notes and/or Uploading an Additional Document.

Add to the Comments section so the Customer can review and sign (This section merges to the MPS Agreement Document)

If you already have a file with a list of printers, you can upload a PDF file when generating documents to create a single MPS Agreement with existing device schedule.

Note: When using this option, Sending to DocuSign through PREO is disabled. Upload your custom file, download as a PDF via PREO, and then use your DocuSign website to send to the customer. When the customer signs, upload the Signed Order Package in the Document Upload page.

Once your MPS Agreement is signed and you have met the WIN Helper requirements, you can Submit for Review.
