Occasionally you may experience formatting issues on your .PDF documents that are generated from PREO. In addition, you may also want to make changes to the document in way that is not supported via the PREO proposal builder. In this case, it is best to generate the document in Microsoft Word format and edit it outside of the system before sending to your customer. Here is how this can be accomplished:
Go to "Generate Docs" in the blue action bar at the top of the page
Locate the "Output Type" checkbox under the Document Type field
Uncheck this box here to enable "Output Type: Word"
Select the documents that you would like to export and click "Download"
