Step 1: Build the Proposal in PREO
Use PREO to build the proposal, just as you would for a standard order.
Add:
Items/devices
Ship‑to location
Pricing
Service plans
Any required credits
Request credit approval as needed. All required information must be entered directly in PREO.
Step 2: Generate Demo / Trial Paperwork
Demo/Trial paperwork is generated directly in PREO.
In the proposal:
Select Change Template
Choose Trial Paperwork
A pop‑out window will appear—be sure to select Trial Paperwork to generate the correct documents.
Step 3: Obtain Signatures & Upload Documents
Ensure the Demo/Trial paperwork is signed by the customer.
Upload the signed documents in PREO:
Navigate to Document Upload
Upload under Signed Order Package
Step 4: Submit for Review
Once all required information and documentation is complete, select Submit for Review to move the order forward.
Demo / Trial Pickup Scheduling
Demo/Trial equipment is pre‑scheduled for pickup 2 weeks after delivery and installation.
If the demo/trial converts to a sale:
A new order must be submitted
The pickup will be cancelled automatically
If a demo/trial converts before pickup:
Notify Logistics at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date to cancel the pickup request.
Demo / Trial Requests Over 2 Weeks (Pre‑Approval Required)
Demo/Trial requests exceeding 2 weeks require pre‑approval from the appropriate regional contact:
Northeast: Robert Leeman
Central: James Cvitkovich or Michael Finley
Southeast: Jeffrey Jackson
West: Megan Paulding
Second‑level escalation (if needed):
