For the purpose of billing and financing, it is important to set the correct Legal Name and Bill To Address. These fields will carry through the documents that your prospect will sign. Here is how to change them in your proposal to ensure their accuracy:
Changing the Legal Name
Locate the Deal Requirements > Requirements option in the left navigation of the proposal view.
Update both the "Sold To Address" and "Bill To Address" with the customers legal name.
