If you are selling to a "Net New Logo", you will want to indicate this on the proposal to ensure that it qualifies for your commission. You can do that following these instructions:
Locate the Deal Requirements > Requirements page on the left hand navigation of the proposal view.
Find the Current Customer / Net New field on the page and select "Net New"
Use the Request page and create a new request for "Net New Account Validation"
