In order to improve communication when it comes to your customer’s delivery expectations and to also enhance reporting/visibility we need to make sure we are setting delivery month expectations for both the customer and our delivery team.
When submitting an order, it is assumed the intent is to deliver within the current month.
Should you need to request a future month delivery date you just need to follow the below

If customer cannot accept delivery in the current month, indicate future delivery month in special notes (for each device)
Please note:
If you do not add a note, it will be assumed the intent is to deliver within the current month
If the month changes after submitting the order, you must notify your OPS/Warehouse/OOG team
