The Launch Date feature in PreOrder Now allows you to keep customers informed about when a preorder product will be available. You can access this feature directly from the main product page within the app.
How It Works
If the expected availability date changes after customers have already placed preorders, you can use this feature to send them an update by email.
Go to the main product page in PreOrder Now.
Select the new expected availability date.
Click Send Email Alert to notify all customers who have pre-ordered the product.
Important: To help ensure deliverability and prevent your emails from being marked as spam, this email alert can only be sent once every 72 hours per product.

Can I Customize the Email Message?
Currently, the message content of Launch Date emails cannot be edited. However, we understand how valuable this customization would be and are actively working to bring this feature to you in a future update.
