Configuring pre-order start and end dates is a simple process achievable through default or custom settings. By carefully planning and configuring these dates, you can effectively manage pre-order campaigns, maximize sales opportunities, and ensure a seamless experience for your customers. Default Settings
1. Go to "Settings." Click the Default Settings tab.
4. Enter the Pre-order start date and end date.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button.
Custom Settings (Single Products and Tags)
1. Edit the Product or Tag.
2. Select the "Use custom settings."
3. Scroll down to the "Pre-order Period" section.
4. Enter Pre-order start date and end date.
5. Click the Save Setting button.
Notes:
If you don't enter the start date by default, it will start immediately after saving the settings.
If you don't enter the end date, the pre-order will end or stop once the condition set in inventory management is not met.
