The Pre-Order Now app uses app blocks for its features to be displayed on the storefront. Also, not all app blocks found on the home page can be placed on other pages like the collection page or product page, and vice versa.

Because of that, the partial payment app block will only show on the product page. This also applies to the pre-order pop-up app block.
