To ensure that the app runs smoothly, customers should only use the Pre-Order button when adding pre-order items to their cart.
But what if there is an express Buy Now button, how can we hide it?
Here's how to hide the Buy Now button on product pages when a pre-order is active for the current variant:
Navigate to the "Settings" page in Pre-order Now.
In the Default Settings tab, scroll down to the "Product Pages" section and enable the checkbox for "Hide Buy Now buttons when pre-order is active for the current variant."
Do not forget to hit the "Save" button at the bottom part of the page.
Go to your website and visit the page of a preorder product. Refresh the page and confirm that the Buy Now button is not visible.
Some Buy Now buttons may not be affected by this feature. If enabling this feature does not hide the Buy Now buttons on your product pages, please contact our support for assistance.
