This occurs because the Vantage theme uses a highly customized code structure that prevents Pre-Order Now from automatically injecting the required elements.
Why It Happens
Pre-Order Now is designed to work seamlessly with Shopify’s free, supported themes such as Dawn, Refresh, or Craft.
Custom or heavily modified themes (like Vantage) may block or override the app’s scripts, causing the pre-order button or messaging to disappear.
To ensure full functionality:
Switch to a Shopify-supported theme such as Dawn (free).
Once switched, reinstall or re-enable Pre-Order Now to restore normal behavior.
