What can I review in Snapshot?
On-the-books (OTB) accommodation revenue
Occupancy
ADR
RevPAR
Nights
Budget — your monthly revenue goal, entered separately in the Budget section. This is a reference figure only — it has no impact on Pricepoint's AI pricing, it's purely visual.
Forecast IQ — Pricepoint's AI prediction of how the property is likely to end the month, based on current pacing
Same Time Last Year (STLY) — what the property had on the books at the same point in time last year
Last Year End — the final, complete revenue for that entire month last year (a ceiling comparison — useful for "how does my current pace compare to what the full month ultimately totaled")
What do the summary cards show?
At the top of Snapshot, summary cards show OTB Accommodation Revenue for key time periods — Year to Date, Next 3 Months, Next 12 Months — compared against your selected benchmark.
How do I filter the Snapshot view?
Room types: view all room types, one specific room type, or multi-select a group to analyze together
Period: choose the time range to review (e.g., Next 3 Months) — the monthly cards update based on your selection
Compare to: choose a benchmark period, such as Last Year, to compare against current performance
Show Details: reveal additional metrics — ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and number of nights
