What is the Pickup Monitor?
The Pickup Monitor helps you compare current booking performance against a previous period. It shows the reservations created during a selected booking period, so you can see how bookings and revenue compare to another period, such as last year or the previous period.
Important: the Pickup Monitor is based on booking date, not stay date. For example, selecting "Last 14 days" shows reservations created in the last 14 days, even if those stays are for future months.
How do I filter by room type?
All room types

Multiple room types — useful for analyzing a group together, such as private rooms, dorms, suites, or premium rooms
How do I select the booking period?
Use the date selector to choose the period you want to analyze. The dates selected refer to when the reservation was created, not the stay dates.
How do I compare against another period?
Use Compare to to benchmark the selected period against another period. Options include:
Last Year
Previous Period (the same number of days immediately preceding your selected date range)
2 Years Ago
3 Years Ago
Align Week days
Unchecked: compares the exact same calendar dates. For example, Aug 1–7, 2026 compares to Aug 1–7, 2025, even if the days of the week don't match.
Checked: shifts the comparison period so the days of the week align. For example, Aug 1–7, 2026 (which starts on a Saturday) compares to Aug 2–8, 2025 (also starting on a Saturday), rather than the exact same calendar dates.
