AccountEdge Hosted is a service provided in partnership with Apps4Rent, our hosting provider. Because of this partnership, you are only able to modify your current credit card on file that is used for payment on the My Account page on our website.
How to have services added or removed for AccountEdge Hosted
Requests for adding and removing services from your AccountEdge Hosted subscription are handled by the Customer Care team.
They are available from 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
You can contact Customer Care by doing the following:
Going to the main AccountEdge website and opening the chat
Indicate you are an 'Existing Customer' and that you would like to make changes to your AccountEdge Hosted subscription.
If it is outside our business hours:
Email a request to customer.service.us@priority-software.com indicating what changes you would like to have made to your record.
What to include in requests for changes to your Hosted Subscription
Some services with AccountEdge Hosted may require a ticket to be submitted to Apps4Rent. If a ticket is required, you may need to provide additional information for the agent processing your request.
If you need Payroll or Bank Feeds added/removed from your subscription:
Customer Care can make these changes for you and confirm when they have been completed. No restart of your Hosted account is necessary!
If you want to sign up for Credit Card Processing, ACH, or Direct Deposit:
You would need to enroll in a Forte Merchant account. This can be done through the add-ons page on our website, linked here. (Note that Forte charges their own fees for these services)
If you need to add storage, RAM, 2-Factor Authentication, or other services:
A ticket will need to be submitted to Apps4Rent for these services.
Confirm what time a restart can be performed--Apps4Rent will need a 30-minute timeframe to make changes. No users can be logged in during this time (The default restart time is after 6PM Eastern Time).
If you need to add more users or remove them:
A ticket will need to be submitted to Apps4Rent to add a new user
