Getting Started with Accountedge Hosted

You may contact Apps4Rent Directly when you experience any of the following issues:

  • If you are unable to connect to your Hosted desktop

  • If you get the message that your AccountEdge file is “locked” or “in use”. This requires a reboot of the hosted desktop.

  • Performance issues – the Hosted desktop is running slowly or your users are experiencing excessive lag.

  • Printing related issues.

  • Emailing related issues.

  • Any time you receive a message that the “license is not valid”.

  • If you need user login information reset or the Control panel login reset.
