Getting Started with Accountedge Hosted
You may contact Apps4Rent Directly when you experience any of the following issues:
If you are unable to connect to your Hosted desktop
If you get the message that your AccountEdge file is “locked” or “in use”. This requires a reboot of the hosted desktop.
Performance issues – the Hosted desktop is running slowly or your users are experiencing excessive lag.
Printing related issues.
Emailing related issues.
Any time you receive a message that the “license is not valid”.
If you need user login information reset or the Control panel login reset.
