Need to swap out an old or expired card? Here’s how to quickly update your credit card on file so your subscription keeps running smoothly.
Step 1: Log in to My Account
Click My Account Login below.
Sign in using your product serial number, billing zip/postal code, and serial number.

Step 2: Find Your Subscription
Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your list of serial numbers.
Click the blue button that says Manage Subscription for the product you want to update. You’ll be taken to a panel showing your Payment History.
✅ Here you can see what you’ve been billed and when.
Step 3: Click “My Payment Method”
On the left sidebar, select My Payment Method.
This shows the credit card currently on file.
Step 4: Update or Replace Your Card
If your card expired but the number stayed the same — click Update.
If you need to completely replace the card, use the Remove/Add New button to clear it out and add your new card details.
Step 5: Save Changes & Double-Check
Click Save Changes when you’re done.
If your subscription expired due to a failed payment, be sure to click Resume so your payment goes through and your subscription restarts properly.
✅ Tip: Sometimes subscriptions can show up under different names, like My Subscription or Single Mac US. Just look for the name that matches your plan!
