How do I get a job?
Jobs notifications are sent via WhatsApp and in App. Ensure that you are reading the job summary before accepting.
Do I need to pay for a job?
You no longer need to purchase credits in order to accept a job. Just go ahead and click on accept job!
How are jobs assigned to Pros?
The first Pro to accept the job in the App, will get the job.
Where can I find the customer's details?
Once you accept the job, the customer's details will appear on the job information card in App.
What if I can't complete a job?
Communicate immediately with the customer and reach out to the Kandua team for Support.
What if I need to reschedule the job?
The most important thing to do is always communicate with the client. Reach out to the client and arrange the rescheduling.
What if I need to cancel the job?
Communicate with the customer and then let the Kandua Support team know so that they can help the customer find a new Pro.
