What is changing?
Marketplace jobs are being moved from the legacy Marketplace platform to the new Kandua Pro App.
After launch:
New Marketplace jobs will no longer be delivered through the old platform.
New Marketplace jobs will be delivered through the new Kandua Pro App.
Marketplace Service Providers will need to sign into the new Kandua Pro App to continue receiving Marketplace opportunities.
I have a Marketplace account, do I need a new account?
No. Use your existing login credentials to sign into the new Kandua Pro App.
Please note that no new registration is required if you have an existing account.
What happens to existing Marketplace jobs?
Existing Marketplace jobs remain active.
Providers should continue:
Communicating with homeowners.
Completing work.
Sending quotes.
Sending invoices.
No action is required for jobs already in progress.
Can I still access old quotes and invoices?
Yes.
Quotes and invoices linked to existing jobs remain accessible.
Providers should continue managing active work as normal until those jobs are completed.
I have a Marketplace profile and and Insurance claims profile. What will happen to my information?
Some providers may already have:
A Claims profile
A Marketplace profile
Where applicable, these provider records may be merged or linked during migration.
Providers should continue using the new Kandua Pro App moving forward.
I have not received any new job notifications.
New Marketplace opportunities will only be delivered through the new Kandua Pro App. Login using the link to access new jobs.
