Unfortunately, Product Customizer has no way of editing your Shopify orders itself, as Shopify does not provide the ability to edit order details in its core offering.

However, there is an app that we recommend using for this from another developer: Edit Order.

If you enable the setting in this app to edit product customizations, then you'll be able to edit Product Customizer options along with the rest of your order data.
