To create conditional logic in the Product Customizer app, you need at least two options that the condition will be based on, and both options must already exist in the app.

Follow the steps below to set up conditional logic quickly and easily.

Step 1

Once you’ve added the options to your product, click the product title to open the product template. On the right-hand side of your screen, you’ll see 'Add Conditional Logic.' Click the checkbox to enable it. This will expand the section and give you access to create your rules.

Step 2

How to Add Conditional Rules for Product Options

Goal: Show or hide options based on what the customer selects.

Example:

  • If Customize = Yes, show additional options.

  • If Customize= No, hide those options.

Steps to Create a Rule:

  1. Choose Matching Type

    • All → all conditions must be true

    • Any → at least one condition is true

  2. Set Conditions

    • Pick an option (e.g., Customize)

    • Select its value (e.g., Yes or No)

    • Click Add another condition if needed

  3. Set the Action

    • Choose what happens when the conditions are met:

      • Show → display the target option

      • Hide → hide the target option

    • Select the option(s) affected

  4. Repeat as Needed

    • Click the "Add rule" button to create new rules for the product.

Once all your rules are set, make sure to click Save at the top of the screen to apply them.

Want to reuse these rules?

Simply save your options and rules as a template: click Save as Template, give it a name, Save at the top of the screen, and you’re done!
