Insights: How to read your dashboard

See how your brand is performing: products specified, how many projects and studios your products appear in, and trends over time.

Everything on your dashboard responds to one control at the top: the time window. Every number on the page, and the trend indicator next to it, reflects that window and compares it to the equivalent prior period.

Performance summary

Four headline numbers, each with a period-over-period delta: total specified value, products specified, active projects, and active studios (studios specifying your products, shown as a count only, never named). This is your at-a-glance read on direction: up or down, and by how much.

Product pipeline

Three stages, each showing a product count, a dollar value, and how it's moved since the last period:

  • Products added to schedule, everything designers have added.

  • Quoting/review phase, still live in a designer's schedule, being reviewed or quoted.

  • Approved, confirmed.

Use this to see where products are getting stuck. A healthy top stage with a shrinking approved stage usually means something's stalling mid-pipeline, worth a closer look at response times or pricing.

Most specified products

Your products ranked by how often they're being specified, most active first. Each row shows the product name, brand, its trend since last period, and how many times it's been specified.

Project pipeline

A single bar split into invited and active (a designer has brought you onto their project and you're specifying now) and potential (your products are already specified into a project, but you haven't been invited onto it yet).

New vs returning designers

The split between designers specifying your products for the first time and those who've specified you before. A high returning share is a good signal of repeat trust; a high new share means you're expanding reach. Both are good, what matters is which one you're trying to grow.

Names and privacy

Studio, designer, and project names are only ever visible on projects you've been formally invited into. Everywhere else on the dashboard, the performance summary, product pipeline, project pipeline, and designer counts, you'll see counts only, never names.
