How to manage your personal profile

Navigate to Settings → My Account

  • Profile photo: click Replace to upload one, or the trash icon to remove it.

  • Email: shown as read-only; click the edit icon to open the Update email dialog. Enter your new address and click Verify email, a verification email is sent, and your email updates once you confirm it. Make sure the new address isn't already linked to another Programa account before submitting.

  • First name / Last name

  • Time zone

  • Title or Role

  • Territory: select the states you cover.

  • Phone

  • LinkedIn (optional)

Change password

Your password is set when your account is created, you shouldn't need to change it here unless you have a specific reason to (e.g. you suspect it's been compromised). If you do, enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm, and click Save.

Why this matters

When an Owner assigns you as a sales team member on the Company Profile, this is the information that gets pulled across to your public listing in the brand directory, so it's worth getting right:

  • Photo: people prefer to buy from people. A headshot plays a real role in how much a designer trusts you, especially as a first impression.

  • Title or Role: clearly identifies your role.

  • Territory: sets which states you're associated with, a Brisbane-based designer is far more likely to reach out to the person whose territory includes QLD.

  • LinkedIn: gives designers another way to reach you beyond email and phone.

(Note: some of these fields may be locked depending on your role, see Account Roles: Owner, Admin, Member for what Members can and can't edit on their own account.)
