If you haven't been invited by a teammate and want to sign up on your own, this article covers that path, creating an account, verifying your email, and either joining an existing company or setting up a new one.
If someone at your company already invited you, see Joining your company's account instead, it's a shorter process.
Creating your account
Go to app.programa.design/brands/register.
Enter your First name, Last name, Company, Email, and Password.
Your password needs an uppercase character, a lowercase character, a number, and a special character.
Click Create account.
Verifying your email
To verify your email, enter the verification code sent to your inbox. Didn't get it? Click Resend code. Once verified, you'll be redirected automatically.
Joining an existing company or creating a new one
Programa checks your email domain against companies already on the platform.
If one company matches your domain, you'll see its name and member count, with the option to Request to join.
If more than one matches (for example, the same company registered separately per country), you'll see all matches, pick the right one, then Request to join.
Requesting to join notifies that company's Owner or Admin, who needs to approve you before you get access (see Settings: Notifications, this is the "New join request" alert).
If your company isn't listed, or you operate in a different country to the one shown, click Set up a new company instead.
Setting up a new company
If you're the first from your company on Programa, you'll complete a short setup:
Company details, upload a logo (optional), enter your Company name and Website.
Country, select the country your company operates in. Choose carefully, this can't be changed yourself later, see Settings: Company.
Service territory, select every state you service (or Select all).
Type of business, choose We manufacture and sell our own brand, We distribute products from other brands, or We do both.
Once you're done, you'll land on a confirmation screen, click Continue to Programa to get started.
