Viewing a project as a guest
If you don't have a Programa account yet, opening an invite or a quote request email drops you straight into the project, no sign-up required. You'll see a banner across the top: "You're viewing this project as a guest Supplier in Programa," with Sign in and Create a free account in the top right if you decide you want one.
Creating an account
The prompt to create an account shows up right after you send a quote as a guest. You'll see "Your quote is now with [Studio]" followed by a short checklist, your quote's been received, and then: "Create a Programa account to track your progress." From there you can Create account or click Maybe later and carry on as a guest.
Creating an account at this point doesn't change anything about the quote you just sent, it's already with the studio. What it gets you:
The Opportunities page, so you can track every quote's status (with designer / accepted) in one place instead of relying on email.
A faster confirmation next time, once you're signed in, sending a quote takes you straight to "We'll email you when [Studio] replies" with a View all opportunities button, no account prompt in the way.
One hub instead of separate links, as a guest, you only have access to the project through the link in that invite or quote-request email. Get invited by a second studio and you're tracking two separate links in your inbox, each only opening its own project. With an account, every project you're connected to shows up together under Projects - see Navigating your projects.
If you choose Maybe later, nothing is lost: you can still reopen the original invite or quote-request link at any time to check on things or make changes, and you'll see the same create-account prompt again the next time you send a quote.
