Overview
This article introduces you to the main entities available in ProgressionLIVE. Each entity link gives you access to a detailed article on its use.
What is an entity?
An entity in ProgressionLIVE is represented by an information record. Each record contains data specific to an element of your organization (e.g., customer, human resource, product, etc.).
Entities are used to:
Complete the information linked to tasks.
Store their own data.
Example: A customer record contains the name, address, contacts, and the full history of tasks linked to that customer. The entity therefore acts as a central information base for that element.
