Managing Locations in ProgressionLIVE

Discover the information available in the location record and how to edit it.

Overview

Each location in ProgressionLIVE represents a delivery address or work site that differs from the customer's billing address. This article explains the fields and specificities of the location record, as well as its links to customer records.

Columns and display

  • Each column in the locations table displays specific information (e.g., name, customer, address).

  • By default, the following columns are displayed: Type, Customer, Name, Tax, Address, City, Postal Code, Phone, and Email.

  • Column display can be customized.

  • Double-click a location to open its full record and access its tabs and fields.

  3. Click Save.

To display a deactivated location again, enable Show disabled items in the list.

Summary

Locations allow you to distinguish work or delivery addresses from customers' billing addresses. They have their own fully configurable information records and can be associated with a customer or left unassociated.
