Navigate to the Timesheet tab in the top navigation menu.
You will be taken to the main screen displaying all time entries for a selected period.
This screen allows you to quickly view hours worked by resource and by day.
Creating a Time Entry
Click the Create Time Entry button in the upper-left corner of the screen.
Fill in the required information.
Available Fields When Creating a Time Entry
Project
Optional. Allows you to associate the time entry with a specific project. This association adds the entered time to the project.
Client and Location
Optional. Allows you to associate the time entry with a specific client and location.
Human Resource
Required. Every time entry must be associated with a human resource.
Activity
Required. Activities are configured in the Management tab. They allow you to categorize the time spent on tasks and projects, helping you allocate costs more accurately.
Start and End
Required. These define the actual duration of the time entry. A start date and time and an end date and time must be entered.
Source Start and Source End
Optional. These correspond to times automatically captured by the system. They are only populated when an automatic punch occurs, for example when an employee changes status on a task or records a punch using the time clock application.
Hourly Cost
Optional. Used for cost and profitability calculations within tasks and projects. It can be associated directly with work profiles if the CCQ module is enabled. It can also be defined in the human resource profile.
Comment
Allows you to add context or details about the time entry.
Important: A valid time entry must always include a human resource, an activity, a start time, and an end time.
Display and Navigation
Changing the Display Period
At the top center of the screen, you can change the display period:
Day
Week
Two Weeks
Month
This allows you to view time entries for the desired period.

Right side: Days and time slots
Center: Hour totals by activity and by resource
Filtering Time Entries
Click the Filter button in the upper-left corner.
Select your filtering criteria.
