Accessing the Timesheet
In the mobile app, the timesheet can be accessed through the Timesheet menu, identified by a clock icon.
This menu allows you to:
View all your time entries
Create new time entries
Important:
In the mobile app, you can only view the time entries associated with your own human resource profile.
Navigating the Timesheet
Day Selection
A calendar is displayed at the top of the screen.
You can change the date to view your entries.
Time entries are displayed by day.
Totals Displayed
Daily total: displayed at the top left
Weekly total: displayed at the top right
Buttons Available at the Bottom of the Screen
Two buttons are available at the bottom of the screen:
+ Button
Used to create a new time entry.
Coffee Icon (CCQ Module)
Used to manage daily breaks. This icon is only available when the CCQ module is enabled in the account.
Creating a Time Entry (+ Button)
The mobile timesheet is primarily used to create manual time entries.
General Information
When creating a time entry, you can select:
Client
Location (linked to the client)
Work Profile (if the CCQ module is enabled)
Hourly Cost (depending on user permissions)
Activity (Required)
An activity must be selected.
Activities determine the type of work being performed.
Start Time, End Time, and Duration (Required)
You must enter a start time and an end time.
The duration is calculated automatically.
Comments
Optional comments can be added.
Time Entry Types
You can select a time entry type.
Types may add custom fields.
Some fields may be required.
Note:
On the mobile app, you can only create time entries for yourself.
Managing Breaks (CCQ Module)
When creating a time entry, break-related questions may be displayed when a work profile is selected.
AM Break
Yes: Indicates in the CCQ report that the break was taken.
No: Adds the break time to the CCQ report.
Not Applicable: Does not affect the CCQ report.
Lunch Break
Yes: Deducts the lunch break time from the CCQ report.
No: Indicates in the CCQ report that the employee worked through their lunch break.
Not Applicable: Does not affect the CCQ report.
PM Break
Yes: Indicates in the CCQ report that the break was taken.
No: Adds the break time to the CCQ report.
Not Applicable: Does not affect the CCQ report.
Note:
Breaks are tracked for the entire day, not for individual time entries.
Saving the Time Entry
Click the Save (disk) icon.
The time entry is added to your schedule.
You are redirected to the daily view.
Editing Daily Breaks
Click the Coffee icon.
Modify the breaks for the entire day.
These breaks apply to all time entries for that day.
When to Use the Mobile Timesheet
The mobile timesheet is especially useful when:
You do not have an assigned task.
You need to enter time that is not related to a task.

Can I view other employees' time entries on mobile?
No. In the mobile app, you can only view your own time entries.
Can I create a time entry without a task?
Yes. The mobile timesheet is designed for creating manual time entries, even when no task is assigned.
Is the activity required?
Yes. An activity is required for every time entry.
Are breaks linked to a specific time entry?
No. Breaks are applied to the entire day.
Can I modify a time entry after saving it?
Yes, as long as the time entry has not been approved.
Why do I see daily and weekly totals?
To help you quickly track the hours you've worked each day and each week.
