What Is an SMS in ProgressionLIVE?

SMS messages allow you to send text messages to customers directly from ProgressionLIVE, either manually or through automated workflows.

SMS messages are commonly used for:

  • Appointment confirmations.

  • Appointment reminders.

  • Technician-on-the-way notifications.

  • Service and work order updates.

  • Personalized customer communications.


What Increases SMS Usage?

Your SMS usage may increase when:

  • Sending a high volume of automated reminders.

  • Using technician-on-the-way notifications.

  • Frequently communicating with customers via text message.

  • Multiple users send SMS messages from ProgressionLIVE.

  • Customers receive confirmations or reminders for every scheduled service appointment.

Usage Notifications

An email notification is automatically sent when 80% of the SMS included in your plan have been used. This helps you monitor your usage and avoid unexpected charges.


Overage Charges

If you exceed the SMS allowance included in your plan, an additional charge of $0.15 per SMS will apply.


Adding an Additional SMS Package

If your business requires more SMS messages, you can request an additional SMS package by contacting our team at serviceclient@progressionlive.com.

Removing an Additional SMS Package

Additional SMS packages can be removed at any time upon request. Simply contact serviceclient@progressionlive.com to have the package removed from your account.
