The Enhanced Application System is designed to simplify the way you manage talent applications for casting calls and campaigns. Follow these step-by-step instructions to search, sort, and manage your applicants with ease.
Step 1: Access the Application Dashboard
Log in to your Project Casting account.
From the left-hand menu, click on Job Applications.
You’ll see a dashboard listing all the applicants for your posted casting calls.
Step 2: Search for Applicants
Use the Search Bar at the top of the dashboard.
Enter specific keywords related to the skills, roles, or experience you’re looking for.
Example: "stunt actor," "vocalist," or "Atlanta-based."
Press Enter to view matching applicants.
Tip: If you’ve posted multiple jobs, use the Job Dropdown to narrow your search to a specific project.
Step 3: Sort Applicants
Use the Sort By dropdown menu to organize your list:
Sort by Date: See the most recent applicants first.
Sort by Name: Arrange applicants alphabetically.
Adjust the sorting order (ascending or descending) using the arrow button.
This feature helps you prioritize applications based on your workflow.
Step 4: Apply Advanced Filters
Click the Advanced Filter button to refine your search.
Choose from a range of filters to match your casting criteria, such as:
Location: Filter applicants by city or region.
Ethnicity, Age, Weight, Height: Perfect for roles with specific requirements.
Social Media Followers: Identify talent with a strong online presence.
Once you’ve selected your filters, click Apply to see the results.
Tip: Combine multiple filters for highly targeted results.
Step 5: Review Applicant Profiles
Click on an applicant’s name to open their profile.
View important details, including:
Personal information (location, age, etc.)
Skills and experience relevant to the role.
Links to portfolios or social media accounts.
Use this information to decide if the applicant is a good fit for your project.
Step 6: Manage Applicant Status
Keep your workflow organized by updating the status of each applicant.
Next to the applicant’s name, click the three-dot menu.
Select one of the following status options:
New: For applicants you haven’t reviewed yet.
Reviewed: Mark profiles you’ve evaluated.
Interviewed: Tag applicants you’ve scheduled or conducted interviews with.
Accepted: Move selected applicants here once they’re confirmed for the role.
Rejected: Organize applicants who didn’t meet your criteria.
Tip: Use these statuses to track the progress of each applicant through your casting process.
Step 7: Organize Applications by Job
If you’ve posted multiple casting calls, you can easily view applicants for a specific project:
Click the Job Dropdown at the top of the dashboard.
Select the job or project you want to focus on.
This ensures you’re only viewing relevant applications for each role.
Step 8: Finalize Your Casting Decisions
Once you’ve sorted and reviewed all applicants, finalize your decisions by moving them to either the Accepted or Rejected tabs.
Use the Messages feature to contact applicants directly for interviews or role confirmations.
